More Space at the Table: Is Gen Y (folks in their 20s and 30s) Included?
Generational tension exists in both the American Muslim and the American Jewish communities. Is Gen Y valued for our creativity and new ideas, or just for our baby-making abilities? Is it time for the older generation to hand over communal responsibility? Join us for brief presentations on Ramadan and Tisha Ba’Av, a meal, and conversation about both contemporary articles and ancient texts as we discuss what our communities can learn from one another.
