AIDS, Human Rights and Jewish Advocacy: Behind the Scenes at the International AIDS Conference
Tuesday, July 24 @ 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
DC JCC, 1529 16th Street NW
Well experience the conference through the eyes of AJWSs extraordinary grantees implementing innovative solutions to stopping HIV and AIDS. These activists work primarily with women and girls and LGBTI peoplehigh-risk populations that are often left out of mainstream HIV prevention efforts. Through a lively discussion, we will gain a first-hand account of their vital work and learn how AJWS is leveraging the power of the American Jewish community to help bring about an AIDS-free world.
