Seeking a third roommate to share a spacious three bedroom/two bath apartment in Summit Hills, which is in downtown Silver Spring and just seconds from the DC border. The complex is a block and a half from the Silver Spring Metro Station (red line) and just a couple blocks from the downtown area, which has two theaters, a concert hall, mall, shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc. There is also a new kosher restaurant just a few blocks away – Goldberg's.

For shul-goers, we are within walking distance of two orthodox synagogues (incl. Ohev Shalom), one conservative and one chavurah.

The apt. complex, Summit Hills, includes a computer center, free parking, fitness center, Olympic-size swimming pool, tennis courts, beach volleyball court and miniature golf. The apt. is fully furnished including a 52" flat-screen TV, PS3 and ping pong table. The bedroom is not furnished. My roommate and I both work full-time, are shomer shabbat and keep kosher. We don't care what you do as long as you keep the kitchen kosher.
