Hi. I'm moving back to DC on February 1st and am looking for an unfurnished, 1 BR apartment in the Dupont/U Street/Logan/Kalorama/Woodley area. I am not looking at English basements, above ground only. 

As a former condo owner and a longtime DC professional, I promise to be a good, responsible tenant.

I'll be in DC the first week of January to look at places.
