My roommate and I are looking for 2 roommates to live in a 4 bedroom 4.5 bathroom fully furnished house beginning June 1. The house is located right in the heart of Adam's Morgan. Rent is $1,800/person with parking or $1,600/person without parking. Rent is all inclusive – electric, water, gas (heat & AC), trash/recycling, WiFi and Cable TV. This is a really unique brick rowhouse in the heart of one of DC's best urban neighborhoods. The house was completely renovated in 2007 and has all the modern amenities. In addition to the four (4) bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. There is also a gourmet kitchen, rooftop heated pool and fully functional outdoor rooftop kitchen with spacious exterior decks, and plenty of entertainment space throughout the house. The center staircase is the architectural highpoint of this house, rising over 45 feet (15m) from the lower level to the rooftop level. This is a very vertical four level house.

INTERIOR LIVING SPACE: The Ground Floor has a very clean and modern kitchen with a backdoor entrance to our parking area. Also on this level are the Dining Room which can comfortably seat 12-14 people and Living Room with a wood burning fireplace and half bath. There is also a lower level, very spacious Entertainment Room/Media Room with wetbar, ice machine, flatscreen TV, comfortable seating and dvd/hifi system.

BEDROOMS/BATHS: There are a total of four (4) bedrooms and four (4) full bathrooms. Starting on the lower level there is Bedroom #1 with a very comfy King sized bed with Full Bath, this is the most private and quiet bedroom and bath combination in house. On the Second Floor, the Master Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed and is the most spacious, bright and airy bedroom with an amazing bathtub and shower area. Also on this Second floor is another Master Bedroom #3 with Queen bed and its own private full bathroom. Bedroom #4 is up on the Third Floor with two twin beds and a separate bathroom with glass shower door that opens to an exterior deck. All of the bathrooms have been recently renovated with new tile, fixtures and concrete counters.

OUTDOOR ROOF DECKS: Up on the Third Floor is access to a very spacious deck with comfortable outdoor furniture for entertaining up to 10-12 people seated for twilight dining. The fully functioning outdoor kitchen has a gourmet grill, gas stovetop, refrigerator, sink, granite counters, stainless steel cabinets and ice bin. The ultimate in luxury is a heated 12ft x 13ft x 5ft deep (4m x 4.3m x 1.6m deep) heated pool with hot tub jets and bench seating. This stainless steel & tile pool can easily seat 10 people or more! It also has a very shallow sun ledge for tanning in a few inches of water.
