I have a room for rent in my apartment at The Meridian at Ballston Commons. The room that is available is a sunroom that has been converted into a second bedroom. As seen in the picture, there is a bed that will be included in the price. The room includes a fully furnished kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, bathroom, washer, dryer, central air/heating, and a fireplace.

The Meridian at Ballston Commons is one the premiere places to live in the Ballston section of Arlington County. Luxurious amenities such as complimentary coffee in the morning, complimentary shoe cleaning (first and last Sunday of every month), state of the art fitness room and squash court, a 21st Floor Club Level that features couches, plasma screen televisions, a pool table, a rooftop pool (open during the season), and so much more. About myself: I\'m a twenty four year old male who works in the area. I\'m very easy to get a long with, respectful, and clean. I enjoy working out, watching television, and spending time exploring in Washington, D.C.

I am looking to get someone to take over this room as soon as February 1st. The building requires a one-time $400 payment to take over someone else\'s lease.
