Beautiful master bedroom will be available in our sunny three bedroom row house, as of March 15. The spacious bedroom has a large bay window that gets lots of light, huge closet with built-in shelving, and recessed lighting. The house has hard-wood floors, a back patio, a large dining room, living room and kitchen, a full basement for storage, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and modern appliances. We a're on Swann Street—a quiet and tree-lined street in North Dupont. Very close to DC Minyan and Rosh Pina, and easy walking to Kesher and Chabad. We are two women in our mid-twenties who value a friendly and warm house. We are looking for someone similar, male or female, who keeps a kosher kitchen and is respectful of a shomer shabbat home. The lease is month-to-month and the master bedroom is $1425.
