We have a 3bd, 3.5 bath townhouse and are looking to lock down the third roommate (male or female) this week. The room will be available starting Wed January 25th to move in, as the current roommate in the top floor suite is downsizing to a smaller apartment. You would be taking over his part of the lease, which goes until end of August, with the option to renew for the next year. The 3rd floor suite has the entire floor to itself, an incredible internal bathroom (see pics), a study nook, and a closet that even a Kardashian couldn't fill.

It is in a gorgeous neighborhood, a 10 minute walk (about 5 blocks) to the Ballston metro. We are both early-mid 20s male professionals, clean, keep the place quiet during the week, enjoy having friends over for dinner but do not want to turn the place into a frat.

Each room is its own suite and has its own internal bathroom, and the townhouse has great bay windows. A designated parking spot is available behind the townhouse on a private lot. Electricity runs $40-50 a month, and with utilities and internet (we do not currently pay for cable, though you could purchase that for yourself) it is about $100/month/person.

Requirements from landlord:
$35 application, proof of employment or W2, proof of loans if student
No drugs, pets, or live-in significant others

Our requests:
Tell us about yourself, education, job, hobbies.
Be able to write a $1220 deposit to us to secure the room (we already paid the full deposit for the place, so you would be reimbursing the outgoing roommate for his part).
